Avoiding EFT and Check Losses

Transaction accounts that were once only accessible by checks are now reached by substitute checks, remotely created checks, and a variety of ACH transactions that originate from checks. Dealing with consumer problems related to these payments requires diverse knowledge of consumer protection laws and payment systems.
This seminar focuses on the steps necessary to resolve consumer complaints and comply with federal consumer protection laws. It focuses on the "pulse points" of several laws and regulations and extracts the information that contact personnel need to know.
The information covered is essential to the resolution of consumer payment problems that are brought to your employees’ attention every day. The program focuses on how to document and resolve the issues they present.
Ask your customer service representatives – we guarantee they would love to attend a single training session that addresses all these issues so they would not have to deal with piecemeal training.
