The IBA Insurance Center has two distinct delivery channels:

• All IBA members, including associate members, now have access to a full-range of commercial insurance products. Willis HRH Commercial Solutions will provide direct client consultation, placement and service.

• Bank-owned insurance agencies now have access to numerous insurance carriers offering a wide-range of property & casualty products specifically designed for bank customers. No need for separate insurance company appointments or contracts. No minimum volume requirements. Direct client consultation and service is provided by the bank-owned agency, while product is provided by The IBA Insurance Center.

Bank-owned agencies are able to:

• Complete an application that communicates directly with multiple insurance companies;
• Quote, bind and issue policies on behalf of many insurance companies;
• Provide side-by-side coverage comparisons;
• Request certificates of insurance and endorsements and process audits online.
