Compensation Survey
Reflecting the responses of financial institutions of all sizes, the survey provides salary information on more than 130 functional titles. It also includes director's compensation information; an employee benefits section and executive perquisites. All information is presented according to bank asset size, allowing for the most relevant comparisons. Data includes base salary, additional cash compensation figures, plus demographic information for all institutions in each of the five asset-size groups.
