Nonvoting members shall consist of associate members and nonresident members,
as follows:

• Associate members may include any firm which does a significant amount of business with voting members, other than as a customer.
  
• Firms eligible to apply as associate members shall include, but not be limited to, accounting firms, law firms, investment banking firms, vendors of goods and services to banks, and similar entities. Nonresident members may include banks, trust companies, and savings banks which have banking offices in a state other than Indiana or in a foreign country.
