Armed Forces Employer Partnership Initiative
IBA members and associate members are invited to take part in the Employment Partnership Initiative of the military reserve forces. This joint public-private venture serves as a mechanism for military reserve soldiers to work with employer-partners to identify mutually beneficial career possibilities. Employer-partners are linked to a potential pool of more than one million skilled workers who have demonstrated self-motivation and leadership through their service with military reserves.
An interesting fact about Indiana is that it ranks 19th in the nation in population, yet ranks fourth in total number of military reserve members.
